My company sends snapshot files of invoices to interested customers.
One particular customer gets a blank page opening the snapshot viewer.
It is running on a terminal server.
The other guy has tried changing the default printer, saving the file locally and logging into the machine locally. Nothing has worked.
I had the customer forwad the e-mail back and I can open it and see everything. The IT guy there can open it on his local machine and see everything. The server just doesn't work.
Any ideas?
