I do fine in exporting MS Access 97 reports to Snapshot. Now how do I get a multi page report to Word??? ::) Deb Koplen

Word use RTF format and snapshot use snapshot viewer to view.

Here's the address for the snapshot viewer in case you need it.

I found that the RTF format tend to lose some formating depending on how "cute" your report was.

Hope this helps.

I think I did not present my problem correctly. I need to permanently paste my multi-page snapshot document into my Word report. Can not use snapshot viewer as it will be printed in many places. ::) Deb Koplen

Freckles:

It's always there under Tools > Office Links > Export to MS Word, or something to that effect. You'll lose lines, graphics, and shading but the layout stays intact. Format your toolbar and drag the Word icon there--then you just reach up and click the button to drop a report into Word.
A Word instance is opened when you do this--just do Save As at that point.

Thanks for the comment, but this will not work for reports with graphs and subreports to the best of my knowledge. ::) Deb Koplen
