Snapshot of Report not saving

I have a report that contains a lot of check-boxes - basically, it is a quality type report where there are 21 error types (a check box for each one) Each page has 13 rows of the 21 check boxes --

For some reason, when I try to save this report as a snapshot, it does not save?

Is it too big (80 pages) ???????

It appears there is a limit on pages for the snapshot - any way around this?

have you tried saving it to pdf. If you are using check boxes, saving to word would not be an option.

I have not tried that - do I need adobe or another like that to do it?

Yes you would, you would in thoery need the full version of Acrobat, but there are other free application on the market that will do the same thing, or so i am told

I have not tried this myself. Anybody viewing the file could then install acrobat reader..
