Snapshot graphic problem

I have an A97 application that generates reports in SnapShot (.snp) format. They are then emailed to department members. The reports contain a graphic (8KB) on the first page and works fine on all but one computer. In that case, the graphic displays, but nothing else appears on the first page. Page 2 and so on are fine. Why would this one computer act differently?

Most generally configuration. Have they loaded the Snapshot files? Can they create a Snapshow file from within Access? If not just load.
