What is snapshot format?? Sounds like I may
need to use it. Any info or sites would be helpful

SnapShot format is a way to save reports as a file that can be pulled up in a viewer without having Access. The format is similar in practice to PDF, but since PDF is an Adobe product, MS couldn't include it in Access and they made their own. To make SnapShots you can use File-->Save As while viewing a report or in code you can use the SendObject method and specify SnapShot as your output format. The viewer is available from the Microsoft Download Center.
