snapshot export question

When I export my report to snapshot, the snapshot file has my report, but it has been shrunk and now resides in the upper left hand corner of the snapshot files. Any ideas why this is happening? (it doesn't happen for all of my reports, just one or two of them thus far)- How do I get it to export and them be viewed in full size (the size of a normal 8.5X11" Sheet)?
