Is ther a way of merging multiple reports and saving tham as a snapshot document?

i have tried putting all the reports on a master report as subreports but this looses the individual page headers and footers, which are very important.

what i am doing is creating a monthly report that consists of a title page, contents, sections, index and back cover ready to be printed and curculated.

i need it as a complete finished document ready to print or send

any ideas?
