SNAPSHOT & SUB REPORTS

Ho, i've got a report that contains two sub-reports. All three reports work on parameter queries that get their values from the first record in a table. The main report (containing the two sub reports) is output as a snapshot file but the snapshot when previewed is blank, however when i print the snapshot it contains all the data that should have been in the preview! The only info. that is shown in the preview is the report and page header info. anyone got any ideas on how i can fix this??? another report with no sub-reports is having the same problem whilst all the other reports work fine.
