When i go to slice in illustrator, the slices don't automatically snap to the image so i know this not perfect. I have smart guides turned on and even snap to point on but it still doesn't snap to my images. Is there a way to do this? Thank you

...are you using object > slice > make, or object > slice > create from selection?

...there is even the option to create slices from guides too...

I know of those but i use neither, i am using manual slicking..

...where possible it can be, better to use create from selection or make with guides...

...if doing the manual method, you will be able to snap better when switching to the "object slice tool" after making initial slice and then dragging the corner handles around, like you would with the normal selection tools...

thanks, i guess its easier to let illustrator slice the image up for me. thank you again.
