Snapping a circle to a grid

In Corel Draw 12 when I try to snap the centre of a circle to a grid point, the snap seems to be imprecise. Ie I can move the circle slightly yet it still displays as snapped. I have no problems with snapping of curve nodes etc - just circle centres.

Can anyone help me - is there a setting I have missed.
