Snap server panic

Hi,

I have a Snap 4100 and recently I got the following message:
"FATAL ERROR PANIC : RAID5AddToLRUTail: already on chain"

After the notification, the server hangs and the only thing to do is turning it off.

Any ideas about what it means, and what can be done?
