My main site has a Snap 12000 that we ALWAYS have problems with.
The latest problem is being able to do a search (Ctrl+F) in folders, from XP Machines at a remote site.
I work at both sites, and I'm able to run a successful search from my XP workstation at the site where this snap server resides. However, when I try to do the same search from our sister site the search immediately comes back saying "Search is complete. No results to display". Funny thing is, when i'm logged on to a Win2K station at the same remote site, the search completes successfully w/o a hitch. Any ideas?
