Snap Server --Cannot connect (but others can)

I have three workstations on a LAN that cannot connect to my Snap Server. The error message is "network path not found." However, I can ping the server as well as see it via network connections(neighborhood). Also, other workstations can access the server with no problem. Any suggestions?

What is your network environment like?
Are you in a domain?
Can you use IP instead of name?

What model SnapServer?
