Not sure this is so much a Snap Server issue than a Windows 2K issue.
I have a snap server drive. I can connect to it using Domain authentication. Using my user name I can access the snap server from other Win 2K servers and my XP machine.
Using Terminal Services or just logging into the problem server, I cannot log into the drive \\<ip address of snap> I can login to all the other Windows Servers on the network though.
The Enter Network Password Incorrect Password or Unknown Username dialog box appears when trying to access the snap drive. Whether I enter my domain login and password or enter a non-domain login I cannot get it to login. Also, if I use a non-domain account it does not work from this server.
If I use a web browser I can get access through the web interface of the snap drive.
