Snap-in creation failed

Hi,

I have a problem with SQLServer 2000 installation on W2003.
It was initially installed on W2003 with SQL server 2000sp4.
The management console was unreachable, and sql server seemed to be very unstable.
Recent database dumps were available, so I tried to reinstall it (non prod server).

Now the installation fail each time, when trying to open/edit a msc during installation processus (sql iis admin.msc).

When I try to open the mentioned console (taking it from the media), an "snap-in creation failed" is rised, like what happened on that thread thread779-1045257

A workaround was given (reregister dlls), but unfortunately I dont manage to find which dlls are needed by that "sql iis admin.msc" ...

any help is welcome.

How did you uninstall SQL Server?
