Does anyone have experience with upgrading SNA 4.0 to HIS in a print intensive environment. We upgraded our SNA server from NT to Windows 2000 and used a tool (printmig31) to migrate the print queues. This converted the printer ports from LPR to TCPIP fine. The print queues show NT or 2000 drivers for the print queues. We have been advised that we now need to delete the NT drivers. I have heard that the Generic Text driver for NT and 2000 are quite different and the 2000 driver does not format data the same. Looking for advise. Should I delete all the NT drivers and if I do have to do this does anyone have a recommmendation for a utility to do this?
