I have a SN610 console with low transmit volume. I have a replacement console that behaves the same way. Am I missing something obvious? I have adjusted the slide switch on the bottom.

The fix was to find a handset with a carbon mic and use that.

Really the correct fix is to use the correct handset or headset.
