SN 716 wiring instructions

Need to add another console, but not sure of the wiring, blue/white for tip/ring, green white for 48v, am I missing anything?

What system is it going on? Are you using a power brick or system power?
If it's a power brick , then all you need is the wh/bl pair.

It is a 2400, using system power.
