Ok so im starting to use the KX-TDA15 but now I want to move onto voicemail. This system is being used in a theatre, and line 1 is the box office line and line 2 is a general administraton line.

I want them both to have a voicemail box, and our system has an SMVA simplified voicemail card in it...but I cant see any way to make it work.

The box office phone is on extension 23 so i set up a VM box as 23 using the extensions settings tab in the pc software but how do I make it divert to the voicemail after so many rings? is there a way I could set up a button on the digital phone so that when its pressed the incoming line goes straight to voicemail? (for when the theatre is unmanned)

Also I cant seem to access the voicemail system itself, I dial 591 from a phone and nothing happens...do I have to do something else as well? any help would be appreicated.

Thanks.

David.

Do you have Lines dil to extension or group
Svm is very basic so you have us ps in group. You can't dial 591 there are no voice prompts
Are you a tech or end user

oh ok, is there a better card I can buy? As you know this system is being used in a Theatre, so we want the functionality of when someone dials the box office number it rings the box office phone (ext23) and then if not answered goes to voicemail...

I am both users! I have installed the system from scratch but am learning as I go along (hence all the help from you which I am very grateful for!)
