SMTP SETTINGS FOR GMX MAIL

I have a new IP OFFICE 500, i am configuring it from start to finish. The only thing that is not working is voicemail to email on the sd card. I am not using the UC Module or Voicemail pro. In the past i have set up my smtp settings as follows:

IP ADRESSS - 74.208.5.67
PORT - 587
VAILID GMX MAIL FOR FROM ADRESS
SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION IS CHECKED
VAILD GMX ACCOUNT FOR USERNAME
VALID PASSWORD FOR THE GMX ACCOUNT

I have set the voicemail to copy the messages to their gmx account. I have brought the control unit home because i have one with the same version 7.0.36 that i know works and fowards me messages to my gmx account. Well, i foungd out quickly it does not work either. Last known message was feb 26 2013 when i first set it up for testing purposes. Did GMX block all wave files, or change ports? Any info will help guys................................

if i remember correctly GMX does not like what the ip office is trying to do. you can watch monitor and see this if the right filters are checked. i would find another smtp service to use.
