SMTP Server: Error storing received message

One of our partners is unable to send us email messages. When their message arrives I see is SMTP Server: Error storing received message in the Domino log

Our Domino is at v 8.5.1 FP2

The NDR says: #5.0.0 smtp; 554 Error writing message to safe storage; message could not be stored to disk

They say that they have changed their outlook so that this custom header is added to messages:

x-jpmc-outlooktoolkit: True

Is there anything I can do on my Domino server to allow their messages?
