I have 2 Windows 2003 servers on our network. Both have SMTP configured with delivery to a smart (external) host. Actually to two different ISPs. This works fine.
For specific mail-receiver domain, eg. xxx@company.com, send through SMTP 1 I want to route mails to SMTP 2 (which will then route to its smart host). I tried a lot of things, but I could not enforce this.
How can I configure SMTP 1 not to route to its smart host, but route to SMTP 2 ?

in the smart host box, put in the SMTP2 server
Then in the SMTP properties, configure SMTP2 to allow relay from SMTP1
