We have one client who after 5 years of no problems all of a sudden can not send e-mails to us.
All e-mails they send us gets bounced back to them with the following error (NOTE: SENDER.com = their domain name; RECIPIENT.com = Our domain name:

Note, our DNS, MX and PTR records look correct. Any ideas? Is this a problem on their end or our end. Help, they keep coming at me saying it is our issue.
