SMTP not working with CE 10

Our system admins do not want us to install apps on C:\, so I installed CE on the E:\. Now when I try to email a report out of CE I get a (write.error.CrystalEnterprise.SMTP (0)) Does anybody know if the location of the CE file matter? Thanks

You should be able to use any drive, go into the CMC and check the settings for the SMTP mail server, perhaps it's something in there.
