I have a question for experienced users of SAVFE and Exchange.

We currently receive alerts from SAV regarding viruses quarantined. The alert is generated from SAV. What I'd like to do is 1) figure out where the alert string pulls from and 2) how to track down a message from that address.

For example, the alert will read "The attachment 'message.scr' located in message with subject ______, located in SMTP (TOREXGW-{FB80438E-AD22-4E5C-92A3-3BF972DC8EC1} NON_IPM_SUBTREE/MTS-OUT has violated the following policy settings:...."

Where is the text string "SMTP (TOREXGW-{FB80438E-AD22-4E5C-92A3-3BF972DC8EC1} NON_IPM_SUBTREE/MTS-OUT" generated (Exchange or SAV) and how can we trace the message to that text string? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Symantec was no help with this one.

Again, thanks in advance.
