Some mail has been disappearing and what I've found by turning on the monitors is that once it arrives, it gets as far as Advanced Queuing. The next step should be Catagorization but it never happens. This isn't consistent though. A lot of mail comes in successfully and gets sent to recipients but some just stops and disappears before Categorization. Anyone with ideas?
