I need a procedure for configure my current email setup (which works fine) to now first route mail to either WebShield SMTP or Symantec Antivirus for SMTP gateways. The documentation for each speak to adding a new MX record which I have done but it still does not work. Either the documentation is lacking or I have not added the MX record correctly.
