SMTP Gateway Processing Help Request

I am running the Groupwise 4.1 SMTP Gateway v4. In the last couple of days i have noticed that after every email that is sent/received i get the message "Processing Help Request". Does anyone know why this would start happening and how i can stop it???
 
The gateway returns a help request to any message that is sent to the gateway where the first four characters are "help" and an at sign "@" does NOT appear in the address string. If at @ sign is part of the To: address, a help request is not returned; the message is queued to the daemon for transmission.
