Ok, here's the deal.
I have a remote sales person who uses AOL as his ISP.
He can receive e-mails from our domain name but he can not send.
I went thru AOL to try to get an answer, they were less than helpful.
I did find that the smtp server should be set to aol.com with a port number of 587. I tried this but still he is unable to connect or send.
He uses Netscape 7.0 as his browser and e-mail program.
does anyone have any suggestions? I've tried everything, including deleting the account in netscape and starting it all over again.
