I keep getting this error multiple times a day. I'm not sure where this is coming from. Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

Under Outgoing SMTP Mail/Proxy Server:
I have xxx.xx.19.193


I'm not sure why I'm getting this alarm. Can anyone help?
