SMTP enabled on the Job Server

To use a destination, you must have the destination enabled and configured on the job servers. When I attempt to schedule a report to run to an email address I do see email as a choice in the drop down under destination. Am I to assume it is enabled because I can see it? I ask because when I run a report to an email address, I get a login error, unable to connect message. I am using crystal 2008 on a sQL 2005 platform

Hi,
The SMTP option has parameters to configure for your mailhost, user, etc..

In BOE they are in entered the CMC, not sure about CR 2008.
