SMTP email stuck in Queue

Microsoft Server 2003 Standard - Exchange 2003

Outbound email to two different domains gets stuck in Queue. We were able to workaround using our IPS's outbound server using Outlook Express or Eudora to these domains.

Error Message received:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: SMTP stuck in Queue
Sent: 11/17/2005 1:47 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

git.helpdesk@helpme.com on 11/19/2005 1:56 PM
Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. Please retry or contact your administrator.

I had this issue with an email that was stuck in my que but I was unable to push it out or remove it. I finally just rebooted the server and "Poof", it was gone. <shrug>.
