SMTP Email keep sending

Dear all,

I have a problem with my IIS SMTP. I have an email keep on sending to the recipient. The recipient did receive the emails everytime however, my server just treat it as "DELIVERY NOT COMPLETED" and keep it re-send. The only thing I can do it just delete that emails in the IIS SMTP queue and the re-send is stopped accordingly.

I have checked the SMTP log, it did connect to the recipient's server, but somehow when transmitting, it just haven't issue the "QUIT" / "RST" command.

I have no problem with other emails as well as re-senting the same mail to the same recipient.
