SMTP Connector Problem

I am trying to set up an smtp connector to a new mail domain routing through a cisco pix515e router. The domain appears to be configured correctly on the registra's DNS server and I see smtp traffic on the pix but no messages bet thru to the exchange box. I set up a smtp connector and created a new virtual server to point to the mail.domainname.com and restarted both the smtp and exchange routing engine.

What else should I be looking at to get the internet mail to flow into the exchange? Internal mail works fine.

have you created the bridgehead? and set the address space?

Also have you allowed your server through the firewall?
