IP Office 500 V.2 9.0.4.0 Build 965. Using Embedded Voicemail. Have client who has had couple of times that SMTP failed over last couple of years. Which causes VM to Email to stop. Seems like with this version, it will not reset if error occurs without resetting resetting system. Otherwise, system is running swimmingly. Do we know with newer releases, will it start working again if this error occurs?? Customer open for upgrade but need to make sure resolved permanently. Or would even bringing up to Version 9 Service pack 12 resolve.
