SMTP/CDONTS failure

Hello

I'm using CDONTS to send emails using SMTP on both live and testing SQL servers. This has been working perfectly fine until three days ago. Now the emails are just stacking up in the queue folder of C:\Inetpub\mailroot and not being delivered to the usual destination.

I'm really not sure why this has suddenly happened, since I've made no changes to either server besides running Windows updates.

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.

Are there any logs that are generated by using CDONTS that we can take a look in?

Hello

The problem here was actually with our ISP having incorrect DNS settings. Not sure why it happened, but the problem has been resolved satisfactorily by an external contractor.
