smtp cannot receive mail from external

Hi all,

Our Exchange2k server cannot receive mail from external today. but it can send mail to external and internal send and receive is ok.
I try to reinstall smtp service but no use.I see many queue in smtp queue and cannot delete.

Anybody know what problem occur ?
