SMTP Authorized Email

Hey Everyone,

I've setup an authorized smtp email address to send out successful and unsuccessful backup notifications.

What is suppose to happen is that every morning at 8am email will be delivered to myself acknowledging that the backup was successful or not.

The issue is that i do not receive any emails.

The error i get is - Client does not have permission to submit mail to this server. The server response was 5.7.3, Client was not autenticated.

I've verified that the account is a network account that is only used to run my scheduled backups and i've also set it up as an authorised SMTP email.

Any ideas?
