What config file do you update when you change your exchange server for sendmail?

none, by default sendmail works with DNS, if you change your Exchange Server you usually change the MX in DNS for your domain. just take care your DNS is up to date. check if you hast caches some old MX records.
if you work with smarthosts (DShostname) edit sendmail.cf

Now that makes sense to me. I had looked up the sendmail.cf file and it did not have any exchange sever listed.

I also checked to see if we had a hosts.smtp

Since DNS is doing the work for me, it would explain how we moved servers from different domains without interupting the sendmail...

Thanks for the information.
