Every time a user tries to schedule a meeting with someone with an email address that ISNT from our company (i.e. @yahoo.com or @mylittleisp.com it fails because SMTP is added infront of the address.. (SMTP:derek@yahoo.com) instead of just derek@yahoo.com which makes the meeting invite fail. However, if he invites a person from our company... it goes through fine.
Any idea what might be going on? I've tried removing and resyncing the contacts from the BB, I've changed the calander to MS outlook instead of BB wireless sync(which didnt work since it disabled functionality of meeting invites) and i feel like ive gone through every setting in the BB desktop manager. My last resort is to kill his outlook profile, back up his contacts, kill his BB account and start from scratch... but I really don't want to have to do that..
