I am running Exchange 2003 on SBS 2003. I can recieve email from anywhere, and can send to just about anywhere, except that when I send emails to some addresses I get the following error message:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Maya#106102018865000

Sent: 10/20/2006 5:06 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

cheapprasials@citigroup.com on 10/20/2006 5:08 PM

The message cannot be delivered due to a configuration error on the server. Please contact your Administrator.

< imbarc-nj01.nj.ssmb.com #5.3.0 SMTP; 553 5.3.0 <cheapprasials@citigroup.com>... Unknown user - sorry.>

Please Help!!

That error indicates that the user portion of the email address doesn't match any potential recipients on the destination server that host mailboxes for the 'citigroup.com' domain. Is there something that makes you think that the problem is with your local server?

Unknown user - sorry" should already be clear enough...
