SMT i3105 Failure to Update

Hello all,

We recently purchased a few refurbished SMT i3105s and every attempt to program them has failed. The error I'm getting is, "UPGRADE Status Main: none" Please wait to update. Then the next screen shows that the update failed. We are using an OfficeServ 7100. I'm kind of at a loss here. Please advise.
