hi. a couple of my XP SP2 clients are getting random pop-ups like this...

Application popup: smsmon32.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x7c911c48" referenced memory at "0xfffffff8". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

can anyone tell me why...or how to cure it?
