So I enabled Logon Discovery for my SMS 2.0 site and several user accounts that had no login script, now have smsls.bat listed. I removed the script for the ones that don't need it (admin accounts), but when the logon points are updated, will it put Smsls.bat back in the profiles with no script listed??

Turn off the option to Automatically upate user logon script paths with SMSLS.bat. This is located in the site settings.
