SMSE4.6 subject filters

Hi there,
With SMSe4.6 running on Exch2003, would like to block spam mails with subject line like:
re: sdofsfk89 news
re: wpsnkd12 news

So the pattern is "re:", "random alphbat string+2 numeric", "news"

How can I create a rule to filter for this pattern of subject line?
