smsclisvc unable to log in

I have a server that is refusing to start properly, I am remotely looking at event viewer to see if I can see what is going on. I am getting an event ID 7038 the accoutn .\smsclisvcacct& is unable to log on due to bad username or password. I can see the account in service manager with the password. Does this account use a default password? or has it been set up? (I have not used SMS before so did not install etc).

Any advice on this greatly appreciated.
