SMSClient in the secondary location is available not immediately

Hello,
I have a primary (SMSServer 1.2 Sp4, SQLServer) and secondary location (without SQLServer).
If I install a Client in the secondary location, the Client in the administrator appears only after about one hour.
What do I have to modify, so that the Client is available immediately after the installation for the distribution of packages?
