I installed the Scan Tools and it created the 6 collections. Now, I only have 1 PC listed in those collections. How do I add the others? For some reason, it will not detect my other PC's just that 1 I entered during setup.
Make sure that you site has a Management Point, Distribution Point, and Client Access Point and boundaries define. You should also turn on some type of discovery method to detect clients. You also would have to configure some type of client installation method...etc

I do have Management Point, Distribution Point, and Client Access Point and boundaries defined. If I go to collection, then All Systems, I see maybe about 25% of my PC's. We are running NT 4 and we have my network VLANed into 20 different VLANS. From what I see, it that none of the other VLANS are being detected. BUT that another problem you could maybe help me with. I sat up the boudaries for all the subnets but still nothing. But back to the original question. There are a little over 300 in the All Systems Collections. How do I get these to show up in the Collections that Scan Tools made? A couple of the PC's already have the client installed correctly. I want these in the Scan Tools Collections.
You have to change the Membership rules on the main collections. Right-click on the collection and choose Properties, then click on the Membership Rules tab. They are probably limited to looking at the Pre-Production collections.
You either need to change the membership to look at another collection, or to get all systems set the property of the collection query to "Not collection limited
I assume that you are talking about SUS for SMS, when you say SCAN Tools...
You don't need to move the client into the SCAN TOOL collection. Instead, you can target the SUS scanning in the Advertisements that the SUS install created.
I took your question as a SMS client installation problem. But what I think your real question is how to use SUS? Please let me know if this is correct.
Thank you
