SMS2003 Client installations

Hi guys,

I have rolled-out SMS2003 in my domain. Majority of the WinXp Clients get updated without any problem. However, about 20% get left out..they do receive the client setup and in their %system32% folder the CCMSETUP folder doest exist..but still the client doesnt get installed.

My question is where should i look i.e. in which logfile of my server or client should i look to sort out the problem. Looking in clients \LastError\client.msi hardly helps.

Any ideas plz for how SMS2003 client installations be made more robust?.
