SMS2003 Client Assignment

Have setup SMS2003 to discover via Ad, but can only install Client from Server snapin if I deselect "Only include clients assigned to this site" from the Client Push Installation Wizard. How do I assign the clients into SMS?

I've played around with the site boundaries but still no difference. Any thoughts?

Sorted it. For reference, I created a subnet in Active Directory Sites and Services then put the AD site name and subnet into SMS. Updated the collection and voila it all appears to work.
